Returns policy:

If a product arrives damaged in anyway, this must be reported to TG Knives via telephoning or email within 2 days of receiving the item. Once this has been noted, a replacement, refund or repair can be arranged. (Products MUST be returned in an unused condition, if it is believed a item has been used, it is within my rights to refuse the above options.)

When returning an item, please use a postal service that offers 'insured, special delivery'.

Delivery:

All goods are posted using Royal Mail's special delivery service, (This requires a signature on retrieval and is tracked throughout the posting process.) Please allow up to 7 days for uk items to arrive and 20 days for international postage.

Cancelling your order/ refund:

Please note when issuing a full refund, postage/ discount is not included within this. I can only issue a refund if the knife making process has not yet started.

If you wish to cancel an order, this must be done via email within 48hrs of ordering the item.

Customised orders (with engraved messages on) are unfortunately not able to be cancelled, therefore you will not be refunded.

UK Payment Plan Option:
Payment Plan options are only available to UK customers, this is also a non refundable option. If you are no longer able to pay for the product, but the knife making process has started, you will be offered credit towards another TG Knives product, however a refund cannot be given.
