Returns policy:

If a product arrives damaged in anyway, this must be reported to TG Knives via telephoning or email within 2 days of receiving the item. Once this has been noted, a replacement, refund or repair can be arranged. (Products MUST be returned in an unused condition, if it is believed a item has been used, it is within my rights to refuse the above options.)

When returning an item, please use a postal service that offers 'insured, tracked and special delivery'.

Delivery/postage:

All uk goods are posted using Royal Mail's special delivery service, (This requires a signature on retrieval and is tracked throughout the posting process.) out with uk parcels, dhl is used. Please allow up to 5 days for uk items to arrive and 14 days for international postage.

please note, once the knife is posted to you, and tracking details are transferred, the knife is no longer my responsibility. i will try my upmost to help any issues, however tg knives cannot be held accountable for any errors made by postal services.

Cancelling your order/ refund:

Please note when issuing a full refund, postage/ discount is not included within this. I can only issue a refund if the knife making process has not yet started.

If you wish to cancel an order, this must be done via email within 48hrs of ordering the item.

Customised orders (with engraved messages on) are unfortunately not able to be cancelled, therefore you will not be refunded.
